6. Fill in the delivery address details
7. Proceed with payment
8. You will receive and order confirmation to your registered email address
9. Aladdin1 delivers your parcel to the registered address 

You may change your address as per step-by-step guide below:

1. Log in to your account at Aladdin1 platform
2. Go to your account
3. Click on addresses
4. Change your address
5. Click save address 

You can only register your new account after one (1) month cycle date has passed since the date you deactivated your Aladdin1 account.


Aladdin1 currently supports online banking, debit cards, credit cards and eWallets. Other payment options will be made available in the future.

Aladdin1 currently do not provide Cash -On-Delivery (COD) as one of the payment method at the moment.

Yes, you may call your bank to activate the online purchase transcation feature if you have never done any online purchase transaction. 

Aladdin1 will send to you a notification email regarding the order that you have placed and paid.
